We invite to access our app and use the developer Brandingtechstudio service, but please note that your invitation is subject to your agreement with these Terms of Service. This document describes in detail your rights and our rights relating to the provision of the Service (as defined below), so please review these Terms carefully.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law or our services. Any modifications will be posted on this page, and certain changes may take effect immediately. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should discontinue using the service.
By using the App, you agree to respect our intellectual property rights as well as those of third parties. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App in accordance with this Agreement.
Users must not make the App accessible to third parties or engage in any unauthorized modifications or distribution of the App. Misuse of or content displayed on the App is prohibited, as is any attempt to use the App for malicious purposes.
Our app offers premium features for an enhanced user experience, while basic features remain accessible without a subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically based on your selected plan (weekly/monthly or yearly). You will be charged at the beginning of each renewal period. You can cancel your subscription anytime via the Google Play settings page.
Go to play.google.com.
Click your profile icon at the top right.
Select Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Find the subscription you want to cancel and select Manage.
Confirm your choice by clicking Cancel subscription.
Please note: Cancelling your subscription will end access to premium features at the end of the current billing period. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through Google Play settings.
By following these steps, you can manage or cancel your subscription as needed.
Our app is designed for users aged over 13 years. If you are a guardian of a child who is under 13 years old, it is your responsibility to oversee and ensure the child’s use of the app is appropriate. Guardians must provide consent and supervision to ensure the safety and privacy of their children while using our app. Additionally, if we discover that our app has unintentionally collected data from a child under 13, we delete that data as soon as possible.
We may collect technical data to improve our services and provide support to users.
The App may integrate with third-party services and content, which are subject to their own terms and policies.
Brandingtechstudio App reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.
Our apps are provided “as is” and you use them at your own risk.
